Prior to October 2000, the Company operated 800 wells with approximate net production to Central of 4,000 barrels of oil per day equivalents. The Company also had non-operating or royalty interests in an additional 2,100 wells. Partners in these properties included major oil companies, major insurance companies, private investors, and other independent producers. The Company maintained a substantial equity interest in each of the properties that it acquired or developed. Due to the favorable economic climate of the industry, Central divested of its US oil and gas asset base in October 2000.

The President and CEO of the company is Paul J. Zecchi, a graduate petroleum engineer, with extensive oil and gas experience in major producing areas of the US. Mr. Zecchi has been active in the industry since 1970.

Central will continue to reassess other long and short-term goals of stable growth through new opportunities and technological improvements, to insure a competitive edge for both the Company and it's partners.
