Paul J. Zecchi
President & Chief Executive Officer

Paul J. Zecchi founded Central Resources, Inc in 1988 and presided over acquisitions and divestitures totaling over $300 million, including the Company's successful overseas expansion.

Prior to Central Resources, Mr. Zecchi was President of Midland Resources, Inc, where he cultivated growth of the Company from one well in 1984 to 500 wells in 1988.  Midland acquired and managed 7 limited partnerships with over 3,500 partners and made 14 acquisitions of oil and gas properties totaling over $30 million.

Mr. Zecchi graduated from the Marietta College in Ohio with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering in 1970, and received a M.S. degree in Management Science from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York in 1979.

Mr. Zecchi is the former President of the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States and Secretary/Treasurer of the International Association of Drilling Contractors.

Jeannette H. Feigt
Executive Vice President, Land and Legal, Human Resources & Administration

Jeannette H. Feigt joined Central in 1993.  Ms. Feigt is responsible for all domestic and international land, legal, human resources, administration,  and information technology functions.  Prior to joining Central, Ms. Feigt worked for Dekalb Energy Company from 1980 to 1992.  Ms. Feigt is former President of the Denver Association of Lease and Title Analysts.

Ms. Feigt received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Regis University.

David M. Gibson
Senior Vice President, Operations and Engineering

David M. Gibson joined Central Resources in May 2002.  Mr. Gibson is responsible for domestic and international exploitation and development operations and business development opportunities worldwide.  Prior to joining Central, Mr. Gibson was Egypt's General Manager for the IPR Group of Companies based in Dallas, TX since 1997.  From 1992 to 1997 Mr. Gibson was Engineering and Operations Manager for Tri-Union Development/Reunion Energy/Buttes Gas and Oil, Houston, TX.

Mr. Gibson graduated from Marietta College with a Degree in Petroleum Engineering in 1973.

Trina M. Duran
Vice President, Treasurer

Trina M. Duran joined Central Resources in 1993.  Ms. Duran is responsible for all Domestic and International accounting, financials, domestic marketing, and risk management functions.

Ms. Duran received a degree in Business Management from the University of Denver.

Fernando A. Vellegal
Vice President and Country Manager, Argentina

Fernando A. Vellegal joined Central Resources in 2002 and is responsible for Central's Argentina subsidiaries.  Prior to joining Central, Mr. Vellegal was Manager for Compañía Argentina de Comodoro Rivadavia SA (1993-2002) and Cañada Mariano SA (1975-1993).

Mr. Vellegal received a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.

John Langoni
Accounting Manager

John Langoni joined Central Resources in 2006.  Mr. Langoni is responsible for Domestic and International accounting, as well as financial functions, management reporting and tax.

Mr. Langoni graduated from Blair Business College and continued on to the University of Southern Colorado earning a BS in Psychology.  He has over 22 years of O&G Accounting experience with 16 years at Texaco USA.
