Kim Boswood, PHR, SPHR

Manager Human Resources, Administration and IT/IS

 

Kim Boswood joined Central in January 2008 and is responsible for human resources management as well as information systems / technology coordination in the United States and Canada.  Prior to Central, Ms. Boswood was a HR Manager with an international engineering environmental consultancy and a publicly-traded international software technology firm in Denver, Colorado.

 

Ms. Boswood has over 15 years experience in human resources and attended the College of the Albemarle in North Carolina.  She holds a PHR and SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

 

Pablo Chebli

Argentina General Manager

 

Pablo Chebli joined Central in 2009 with more than 15 years of development, production and management experience in oil and gas industries in the Americas, including Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Canada and the U.S.  Formerly, he was Geosciences and Operations Manager, as well as General Manager for Golden Oil Corporation in Buenos Aires. Prior to Golden, he held several different positions with Repsol and YPF, both in Argentina and the U.S.

 

Mr. Chebli received his B.S. degree in Geology, and he also studied for his Oil Engineer M.S. degree from Buenos Aires University. He also holds several other accreditations for completing management, financial and technical courses.

 

Patricia Clark
Land & Commerical Manager


Ms. Clark joined Central in 2008.  She is responsible for all Canadian management, strategic support including land functions and information systems.  Over her twenty-year career, she has held management and senior professional positions with both junior and senior producers.  Prior to Central, Ms. Clark was a Management Consultant with Apache Corporation.  She is a member of both the CAPL (Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen) and AAPL (American Association of Professional Landmen).

 

Ms. Clark graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor's Degree.

 

Randy Howard, CPL

Corporate Land Manager

 

Randy Howard joined Central in 2008 and is primarily responsible for day-to-day management of the Land Department in Denver.  Mr. Howard has over 14 years experience in the industry as a landman at Amoco Production Company, as a Vice President and Oil & Gas Asset Manager at Wells Fargo and as an independent landman.

 

Mr. Howard has a Bachelor's Degree from Colorado State University.  He is currently a member of American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen (DAPL), the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (RMMLF), and is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL).


John Langoni
Director, Corporate Accounting 


Mr. Langoni joined Central in 2006, and is responsible for Domestic and International Accounting, as well as financial function, management reporting and tax law.

Mr. Langoni graduated from Blair Business College and continued on to the University of Southern Colorado, earning a B.S. Degree.  He has over 22 years of oil & gas accounting experience with 16 years at Texaco USA, including upstream and midstream oil & gas businesses.

 

Mike Schweitzer

U.S. Production Superintendent

 

Mr. Schweitzer joined Central as a production foreman in May 2003.  He oversees daily operations at the Coles Levee Fields in California, including a natural gas processing facility and 84 oil and gas producing wells.

 

Mr. Schweitzer has over twenty years experience in the well servicing and workover industries in California and Nevada, and has worked in the Coles Levee field since 1995.

 

Gary Vick

Director, Corporate Development

 

Mr. Vick joined Central in 2009 and coordinates all of the company's acquisition and divestiture activities.  Over the last 25 years Mr. Vick has served as a project manager, engineer, manager of corporate and operational planning, treasurer, and commercial lending officer for publicly traded energy companies and financial institutions including Gulf Oil, Apache Corporation, Basin Exploration, Chase Manhattan and American National Bank.

 

Mr. Vick graduated from Rice University with a degree in Civil Engineering and has pursued graduate business studies at the University of Denver.
